Dynamic is characterized by change, activity or progress. Stationary is defined as not moving or not intended to be moved. Can an object blend both these seemingly opposite characteristics without causing a visual paradox?

We like to think that the Legswerk’s 1803 lounge chair does just that. We took the classic racecar design language, gave it a laid back posture and made it stable on three legs.

The result is an object that will create it’s own place in your own space. Suited for living room, office or café use, the 1803 is built to last.

1803 is flat-packed, shipped anywhere and can be assembled by the end user with moderate skills in tightening screws.
